I absolutely cannot say enough great things about Bimmer Motor Specialists (BMS)!! They have been servicing my AUDI for years and I have always been 200% satisfied! They are EXTREMELY knowledgeable, professional and honest, My car is always ready when they say it will be and the price is always spot on. They are an hour and a half from me but the distance is not important to get this kind of service. I would never take my AUDI to anyone else!

The repair shop was spot-on! Alex helped diagnose my car and look for the issue. They are responsive and make sure you are satisfied. I would recommend.

What a solid auto repair business! I took in my Audi here as a 1st time customer for a possible steering issue. The tech took the time to ride with me so he could hear the noise I was concerned about. Within 5 minutes, he had my car lifted and brought me to the bay to show me the likely issue. He also suggested I get new tires, which I knew but wanted to hear it from a business who is not in the business of selling tires. My car was finished the same day, the issue was fixed and they discussed a possible future concern to pay attention to. They are honest, do good work and put the customer first. I will now only take my car to BMS.
