I had my pads and rotors on my X3 M40i by Bimmer Motor Specialists. They were very personable from the initial phone call through the completion of the work. The gentleman that I spoke with provided me several options to choose from, as I did not want to use BMW OEM brake pads again due to the large amount of dust. I am very satisfied with their work and it's nice to have a place to get my BMW repaired for a fair price, by BMW experts without having to go to the dealership. I would recommend Bimmer to anyone looking for service on their vehicle.
So glad I found this shop. Had a nagging, starter/rough idle problem that has been elusive for a while on my 2003 Tacoma. Anxiety to the max!! Brought my truck all the way from Hawaii so I was very reluctant to part with it. Set up an appointment and they've been professional and cordial from the start. They found the problem and got the part replaced...and in a timely manner! Truck starts/runs like a champ. Anxiety gone! Hard to find that trustworthy auto repair shop and I've definitely found it here. Highly recommend their services...you won't be disappointed. Friendliest staff...coming from the Aloha State, that means a lot. Mahalo!!
I have been happy with the services provided by Bimmer for over four years. This shop's technical expertise is unsurpassed. If, as a customer you are not happy with your services, the staff will go out of there way to make you happy by fixing whatever the issue maybe. I will and do recommend this business to friends, especially those with high end vehicles.
I recently brought my 328i in for service at Bimmer and I'm very pleased with my experience. The team is always very friendly. Bummer does a great job of explaining the service needed, the benefits and the cost. I had a couple of wear items replaced at a fair price and the service was completed promptly. These guys are awesome. They helped me in a very timely fashion fix a Comand issue in my S550. Much cheaper than I expected. I definitely recommend.
Had spark plugs, and battery fluid replaced, and an. overall car inspection. BMS is great because they help look for discounts for repairs and are a straightforward/honest repair shop. Would recommend them to others.
