Bimmer saved me! I had a headlight out on my Lexus. Purchased a bulb from O’Reilly auto parts not knowing that I would not be able to change it my self. Tried several other local Kar places, but the bulb is a HID and they weren’t confident to change it. Called Bimmer and they were gracious in helping me. They prefer to purchase their own parts but they understood my situation and quickly replaced the bulb. I’ll be back! Thank you!

Car barely started cold Saturday morning. I went to have car checked out. They had the right battery for my car and replaced it in about 30 - 45 minutes. Everyone there is thoughtful and courteous.

They really know what they're doing at this shop. Megan is very helpful and the team took great care of our car. We initially brought it in and had the high pressure fuel pump replaced and a few days later the issue was back but when we brought the car back for repairs it had a different issue causing the initial problem. They fixed it for free and we couldn't be happier.

We brought in our 2017 X6 for an oil change and were a little wary about their suggestion that more work that needed to be done. But since we plan on keeping this one for a while, we went ahead and did the additional work and BOY DID IT MAKE SUCH A GREAT DIFFERENCE IN HOW THE "OLE GIRL" DROVE!
