They really know what they're doing at this shop. Megan is very helpful and the team took great care of our car. We initially brought it in and had the high pressure fuel pump replaced and a few days later the issue was back but when we brought the car back for repairs it had a different issue causing the initial problem. They fixed it for free and we couldn't be happier.

We brought in our 2017 X6 for an oil change and were a little wary about their suggestion that more work that needed to be done. But since we plan on keeping this one for a while, we went ahead and did the additional work and BOY DID IT MAKE SUCH A GREAT DIFFERENCE IN HOW THE "OLE GIRL" DROVE! Our super fun and racy Beemer is back! Watch out for us on the road! :-) Thanks BMS!

We just moved to town and they kindly looked over our car to make sure it was road-ready for an upcoming road trip. They communicated clearly and offered a potential repair, but said it was not necessary if I didn't want to do it now. When I showed up to get my car, there was no charge. I appreciate the honesty and kindness. Will be back when it is time to have real work done on my car.

Fairly new to TX and after some research brought in a (new to us) 2014 328i for some work. BMS lived up to all their excellent reviews. Robert spent a good deal of time digging into what I wanted to know about the car, examined issues not listed for the appointment and made recommendations. All in all, I finally feel reassured that this vehicle will be a good purchase - mechanically optimal for my daughter to be driving around. The key issues were fixed and happy to pay them for their expertise.
