I have been happy with the services provided by Bimmer for over four years. This shop's technical expertise is unsurpassed. If, as a customer you are not happy with your services, the staff will go out of there way to make you happy by fixing whatever the issue maybe. I will and do recommend this business to friends, especially those with high end vehicles.
I recently brought my 328i in for service at Bimmer and I'm very pleased with my experience. The team is always very friendly. Bummer does a great job of explaining the service needed, the benefits and the cost. I had a couple of wear items replaced at a fair price and the service was completed promptly. Had spark plugs, and battery fluid replaced, and an. overall car inspection. BMS is great because they help look for discounts for repairs and are a straightforward/honest repair shop. Would recommend them to others.
