I decided to take my vehicle to Bimmer due to the good reviews. What I really appreciated from them is their honesty and professionalism. It is hard to trust anyone these days as many take advantage of the customer’s vulnerability of not being a mechanic; especially dealerships. Thomas and Robert did an excellent job in explaining and solving the issue with my vehicle.

Service was good but felt little expensive, but after few weeks I felt this is the place I should go because after the car repair my car is running smooth, definitely it’s the go to place for any BMW Repair .

I have been a BMS customer for many years, back when they were a mobile service team. Never needed any major repair till recently. My ‘98 BMW M3 had to sit non op for 4 years as family took priority. There was only one team I trusted to crank her up. I was nervous I must confess. I asked the guys to video when they were ready to fire her up, and they did ... I got tears when I saw and heard her engine beat. Bella needed her head gasket replaced and head checked and machined, along with other items to bring her to good operation. In summary, I got my Bella M3 back in superb condition and she drives as if I drove her off the showroom floor near 23 years ago. I adore this car and made my son promise to pass it on to his kids and keep her in the family!! I appreciate Phil and his team of technical experts ... my car goes to no one else ... thanks guys!!!!
