Philip has every tool known to man and knows how to use them. He has worked on/ repaired/ tuned approximately 6 BMWs for me as well as my brother's Chevy pickup over the past 7 or 8 years. I have also paid Philip to evaluate a used BMW prior to purchase and when he said don't buy, I didn't hesitate or question his judgment. On a scale of 1 to 10 in car repair, Philip is a 15.
