I utilized Bimmer Motor Specialists to assist me in the final stages on my project. I completed a 5 speed manual swap on my 2000 BMW E39. I brought it to them 99 percent complete, wired up and drivable. I was having issues with the final steps of coding the vehicle from auto to manual. I called over 10 shops locally in DFW that claim to be BMW specialists. None of them were willing to complete the coding on the vehicle. Some shops didn't know what I was talking about and others said the car was too old. I was on a BMW fourm and found BMS information by happenstance and gave them a call. I called and asked a few questions to see if they could assist Elizabeth was super friendly and had me on the calendar within 2 days. She also allowed me to speak with a technician named Robert on the phone. I was able to discuss what I needed and he had told me he had done several of these already and to bring the car up there. I arrived today got the car coded took about 3hrs as I waited. All is well with the car and all lights are off. Cruise control works and car is running like a factory manual car This place is a good find. I drove over 1hr to get there and they were super friendly knowledgeable, and accommodating. They even offered to pay for an uber back home and offered a shuttle to a local coffee shop while I waited. True GEM. BMS please do not change and keep your business model as is which is taking care of your customers. PS: Make sure to go next door for breakfast while you wait.

Alex & team do great work. I love the communication throughout the process from the initial analysis through the repair. I was given very objective options: "do this immediately, you should get 3-4 more months before needing this repaired etc." They offered to reassemble some of the devices so I could drive while waiting a part to arrive. They gave me options rather than just assume they could keep the car over the weekend. It felt like "they put themselves in my shoes." Just like my 1st encounter in 2022 this was a VERY, very positive experience and they have mt trust and they earned my future business.

As usual, just had a great experience with BMS. I appreciate their honesty, experience and attention to details when it comes to making the right repair choices. Awesome team!!

Had to replace thrust arms. The cost of the repair was almost twice cheaper then in one of official BWM service shops. Also, as usual, very friendly stuff, easy communications and fast responses.

First time going here and let me tell you that I’m definitely coming back here again for any service on my 3 series BMW, Phillip did an exceptional job explaining to me what services my car needed/what they done.
