I contacted Phillip and he was able to describe the nature of the work and what to expect since my BMW had been sitting for some time and needed special and comprehensive work. He and Alex were very easy to discuss my issues. They made very accurate estimates and predictions on what to expect and made me feel comfortable with their extensive knowledge and experience with these vehicles. I have to say that the work they did was superb, very timely and within the reasonable and accurate cost estimates. They also diagnosed and gave me a timeline of necessary work in the future but only addressed what was vital and necessary to get my vehicle in great shape at this time.
