Took our daughters X4 in without an appointment as she said the brakes were making a terrible noise. The staff had the car on a lift within 10 minutes and found that the brake pad was down to the metal and had ruined the rotor! The mechanic said it was nit safe to drive on the highway! Since the car was still under warranty we had Sewell tow it to the dealership. Once there they discovered that the right front brake caliper had seized causing extensive damage to the brake system! I can’t say thank you enough to the staff at BMS for their quick and attentive diagnostic that probably prevented an accident! This is why we’ve been a customer in the past and will be in the future!

It seems all too rare that you can say every aspect of the service we received was exceptional. My experience with this group was exactly that. From the first call when we were stranded on the side of the road at 9:00 am to the moment we picked up the car at 5:00 the same day. They found the problem and fixed it quickly. Add to that a complete diagnostic check, replacement of a couple of bulbs we didn’t know were out at no charge. The were under the quoted price and finished days earlier than projected. Exceptional service!

I visited this local shop for the first time last week since I recently bought a BMW. Victor, the owner, was very professional and attentive and fixed my (the front suspension, control arms) car in 24 hours at a very decent price. 100% recommended.

I still enjoy my 2003 E39; bought it new with 6 miles. It now has more than a quarter million miles & it runs great thanks to BMS. BMS has taken care of it exclusively since the warranty lapsed. I trust the BMS team unequivocally. They do great work, which they always stand by. Beyond that they always help with an honest assessment & provide options which helps me plan repairs / maintenance.
