Had a less than satisfactory visit with the dealership and Bimmer was recommended. They were able to get my car in on the same day for diagnostic and completed the repair (which was major) the next day. Being new to BMW ownership, I had lots of questions and the mechanic spent a great deal of time with me to get them answered and show me some different things unique to my car. The only negative (and not something affecting my star rating) is that they are not closer to my house! Regardless, they earned my business for the next time.

I have utilized Bimmer's services on our BMW's for years. This time my wife's battery died and needed replacing asap before a trip. The Bimmer team handled the service in less than an hour and also checked the entire car in preparation of the trip. Awesome service!

Very honest and professional. I had a coolant level going down and had to top off twice. Took it for checkup and after doing tests gave honest opinion that nothing is wrong its probably because of weather change. I would definitely recommend everyone to please give them the opportunity for all your bmw repairs
