Professional Great communication Fair price Honestly

I continue to use Bimmer because of the outstanding customer service. I brought my X5 in as the brakes were making a slight noise. Since they had replaced the brakes a few months prior they inspected them and found they had to be replaced. They replaced them at no cost and had me back on the road in an hour. We have 2 BMWs and this is the only place we take them!! Our entire family uses them as well. We have never been disappointed in the quality of service or after service care!
