Professional Great communication Fair price Honestly

I continue to use Bimmer because of the outstanding customer service. I brought my X5 in as the brakes were making a slight noise. Since they had replaced the brakes a few months prior they inspected them and found they had to be replaced. They replaced them at no cost and had me back on the road in an hour. We have 2 BMWs and this is the only place we take them!! Our entire family uses them as well. We have never been disappointed in the quality of service or after service care!

Phillip and his staff were cordial and completed the diagnostics and work the same day. BMS was timely and professional. I appreciated that they said that they use OEM BMW parts. That will ensure that your BMW has repair integrity. I recommend BMS and would use them again in the future.

BMS is invariably able to identify and repair issues w/ my 1988 325is that others throw up their hands at, or attempt incomplete/incorrect repairs. BMS is very resourceful in getting the correct parts to fix the car right the first time. I’ve tried many others and they’re the best I’ve found.
