We were stranded in the area by an accident which took out the radiator condenser and caused overheating. The staff got my pacifica in almost immediately to diagnose the issue and started ordering parts. The staff was very kind and understanding and the technician kept us informed. I want to give a big thank you for getting us back on the road and safely home

I’ve got both rear air springs replaced quick and affordable. I’d recommend this service to BMW owners. Also, I’d like to mentioned that communication with office manager was awesome. She clearly breakdown the price for the service, also they give me feee multi vehicle inspection and we already have 100k service proposed. I will definitely come back!

Once again, Bimmer has saved the day! We are always so impressed with their responsiveness, timeliness and fairness! We have 2 BMWs, a Mini Cooper and a Jeep Wrangler in our large family of 7 with 6 drivers in the house which we only trust Bimmer to take care of! Theyve consistently made sure that our cars were gotten in quickly and repaired just as quickly and never taken advantage of us! Even not charging us sometimes when its turned out to be something small. They always give us a run down with what is crucial and what can wait and give us a lot of options for when to repair what within our budget and timing. Thanks Bimmer for being trustworthy and taking good care of our cars and therefore of us! Its priceless to know my wife and children are safe in their cars.
