Ever since I began taking my Volkswagen CC Sport to Bimmer Motor Specialists in 2021, I don’t need to worry about unnecessary repairs or surprise charges. BMS is honest, transparent, and seek my approval prior to commencing all work. The reception staff is super friendly and the technicians are highly qualified, helpful and fast. They provide timely status updates via text and patiently answer all my questions. During a recent visit for cooling system and clutch repairs, the service manager Alex and the owner Phillip went above and beyond expectations to assess my situation, address my special needs and provided exceptional service. I highly recommend BMS and intend to be a customer for life!

Bimmer saved me! I had a headlight out on my Lexus. Purchased a bulb from O’Reilly auto parts not knowing that I would not be able to change it my self. Tried several other local Kar places, but the bulb is a HID and they weren’t confident to change it. Called Bimmer and they were gracious in helping me. They prefer to purchase their own parts but they understood my situation and quickly replaced the bulb. I’ll be back! Thank you!

Car barely started cold Saturday morning. I went to have car checked out. They had the right battery for my car and replaced it in about 30 - 45 minutes. Everyone there is thoughtful and courteous.
