Truly an amazing experience at Bimmer... Came to them exhausted by a complicated issue with a classic BMW that five technicians couldn't figure out at the BMW Service Center over a period of seven weeks. Once the vehicle was in the hands of technician Robert Burns, within days he was able to make clear determinations and create a path moving forward. Going above and beyond would be an understatement... Aside from his vast experience, knowledge and resourcefulness, Robert exhibited passion and determination. At the BMW Service Center I felt like a number being run through a mill, but Bimmer Motor Specialists took on the project as if it were their own. The term "Motor Specialists" is very apropos in that they left no stone unturned and worked in a timely manner within an affordable price range. Communication through Service Manager Alex was spot on and I knew with assuredness that I could trust them with this very special car. Once the major issue was solved, Robert took the time to make additional suggestions on how the car could age more gracefully both mechanically and aesthetically. Previously I was told that this car would not be back on the road, but Bimmer Motor Specialists proved that with ingenuity, perseverance and a spark of passion, this Classic was destined to be on the road again.

Bimmer yall rock! Youve worked on my sons 2001 BMW many times and when I called recently inquiring about if you might be able to work on my other sons F-150 you kindly said yes! Upon immediate diagnostic (you always get us in right away!) you quoted, Good morning our technician has pulled in your vehicle to diagnose your concerns which he did verify the AC / Heat blower motor has failed, cost of this repair would be $1,127.90 including parts / labor & tax. I approved the repair and 5.5 hours later, that same day, you contacted me telling me Good news, the repair has been completed and you now have cold air again! We were also able to get the price down to $903.98 out the door, thanks again! We were stranded in the area by an accident which took out the radiator condenser and caused overheating. The staff got my pacifica in almost immediately to diagnose the issue and started ordering parts. The staff was very kind and understanding and the technician kept us informed. I want to give a big thank you for getting us back on the road and safely home

She clearly breakdown the price for the service, also they give me feee multi vehicle inspection and we already have 100k service proposed. I will definitely come back!
